Welcome to our Garden Maintenance services in Hackney. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Services Provided

Our comprehensive garden maintenance services include:

• Lawn Care: Mowing, fertilizing, and aerating.
• Pruning and Trimming: Maintaining shrubs, hedges, and trees.
• Weeding: Removal of unwanted plants and pests control.
• Garden Clean-Up: Leaf removal, debris clearing, and general tidying.
• Planting Services: Flower bed preparation and plant installation.

2. Service Agreement

Upon agreeing to our services, a formal service agreement will be established outlining the scope of work, schedule, and pricing. Both parties must adhere to the terms specified in the agreement.

2.1. Duration

The initial contract period is typically six months, with the option to renew upon mutual consent.

2.2. Schedule

Services will be performed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the client's preference and the garden's requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are billed based on the agreed-upon rate in the service agreement. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice receipt.

3.1. Additional Costs

Any extra services or materials requested by the client will incur additional charges, which must be approved prior to work commencement.

3.2. Late Payments

Late payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide clear access to the property during scheduled service times.
• Inform the service provider of any specific garden care requirements or restrictions.
• Ensure that pets are secured during service visits to prevent accidents.

5. Service Provider Obligations

We commit to:

• Deliver services with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Use appropriate tools and environmentally friendly products.
• Respect the client's property and privacy.

6. Liability

While we exercise utmost care in performing our services, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing garden conditions not communicated prior to service.
• Damage caused by unforeseen natural events like storms or pests.
• Personal injury or accidents occurring on the property during service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one service visit.

7.1. Service Provider Cancellations

In the event of service cancellations by our team due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled promptly.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hackney.

11. Confidentiality

All client information and garden details are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or government restrictions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client and our Garden Maintenance services, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or communications.
